We live in a world where it doesn’t take much for things to go wrong, and it is even easier for people to not care.
Mental health sits on a very thin thread, and while it takes a lot to break it, it just goes off with a little snap.
One thing goes wrong, then a few more, and before we know it, it’s all become too much. And surprisingly, not everyone is able to realize before it’s too late, and there seems no return.
Let’s be more human and ask others (and ourselves) if they’re okay more often.
It’s surprising how overlooked mental health is, by the society and by individuals.
We not only forget to ask others if something is bothering them, we forget to ask ourselves as well.
