The Story: Yoga

Everyone tells us to do yoga for a healthy body, spiritual well-being and mental balance.

Everyone says yoga will keep the body fit/flexible/slim, clear the mind, bring peace and give confidence to face the day-to-day life.

But, we all forget the biggest and the most important reason to do yoga – that is it adds years to our lifespan and helps us live longer.
Is that reason enough to do yoga?
