How Exercise Changes the Bloodstream

According to a study note shared by ScienceDaily, researchers at Newcastle University had discovered that intense exercise raises the levels of several small molecules in the blood. And these molecules may help reduce inflammation, support healthy blood vessels and improve metabolism too. Genetic changes were observed when the bowel cancer cells were tested in their lab. More than 1,300 genes were observed to shift their activity, and these genes included those involved in DNA repair, energy production and cancer growth cells.
